Yeast Infection Relief – 13 Ways to Guarantee You’ll Always Have a …
The human body can be affected by yeast infections literally hundreds of different ways. Here is a list of just some of the ways yeast infections can affect you:
urinary tract infections (UTI’s)
bladder infections
oral thrush
canker sores
rosacea
psoriasis
excema
athelets foot
ringworm
vaginitis
seborrheic dermatitis
kidney infections
… and I could keep going all night with this list.
It’s pretty much impossible to say you haven’t had at least one of these yeast infection symptoms during your life. If you have had some of them I feel for you, so have I. Who wants to deal with these types of symptoms like ringworm and rashes?. It’s not pretty to say the least. Don’t forget that it is possible to get yeast infection relief and be healthy once again.
Your health depends on finding yeast infection relief that will last. But in order to find long term yeast infection relief, you need to change your lifestyle. Poor lifestyle choices is pretty much the reason why you have a yeast infection to begin with. Also you may not have been able to control all of the factors that cause your yeast infection.
I’m going to tell you something you probably have never heard before. But in my experience the biggest reason for yeast infections is the lack of beneficial bacteria in your gut or intestinal lining. The reason why we have no good bacteria is because we were not breast fed as young babies.
But here is a list of things that has a drastically negative impact on our beneficial bacteria, thus lowering our immune system allowing excess fungus to grow which causes yeast infections in the first place. Yeast infection relief is possible if you pay close attention to the list below.
1. Not being breast fed
2. Consumption of too many sugars or carbohydrates
3. Childhood vaccinations
4. Drinking Fluoridated water
5. Too many antibiotics
6. Exposure to chlorine
7. Combining oils and sweets
8. Amalgam fillings
9. Immunization shots
10. Heavy metals
11. Stress
12. Lack of sleep
13. Not enough exercise
So now that I let the cat out of the bag, I’d like to give you a list of some things that can help change all that and give you immediate candida relief. By the way, if all you did was to do your best to change that above list, you’d be doing yourself a tremendous service.
1. Fermented foods (Kefir, raw cheeses, sauerkraut, miso, kombucha, yogurt)
2. Medicinal tea like Pau d’ Arco
3. Using a zapper
4. Baking soda
5. SBO’s (soil based organisms)
6. Prebiotics (Raw chicory root, Yacon root syrup, fresh raw aloe vera)
Candida feeds on sugar, replace your current sugars with things like stevia and yacon root syrup. By doing this you can still have sweet foods but you won’t feed the bad bacteria or flora. Making small daily changes to your diet and lifestyle can give you almost immediate candida relief, just remember that.
You have beneficial and non beneficial bacteria in your intestinal lining. Your body should be at least 90% good bacteria. The real problem is that most people have way more bad bacteria than good bacteria. If you want to turn the tables you must starve our and destroy the bad bacteria. All the while, you must feed your good bacteria.
I hope you do this as a lifestyle because your health depends on the ratio of good vs bad bacteria in your body.
